Pitch rules
Article 11 of Decree 193/2022 on motorhomes, caravans, camper vans and similar vehicles in the Region of Murcia applies. All persons entering the area are obliged to comply with the following regulations and the provisions of Spanish legislation on tourist camping.

Every guest must behave in such a way that no one else is harmed, endangered or hindered or inconvenienced more than is unavoidable under the circumstances.
Safety and order
The instructions of the campsite operators must be followed in order to maintain order and the good condition of the Area Camper La Ermita.
Please adhere to the basic rules of coexistence, morality, hygiene and decency. Persons who disrupt socialising by being drunk or taking drugs are not allowed on the site.
Vehicles may not be driven faster than walking speed on the premises.
Parents are responsible for their children at all activities and facilities on the site.
Suitable cabling without extensions or connections is required for your power connection in the mobile home. Ensure that cables and accessories comply with CEE standards for motorhomes. Multiple sockets should be housed in a protective box and installed at least 30 cm above the ground. For the exterior lighting of your motorhome, please use fixtures with at least IP65 protection and switch them off after midnight. If you are unsure, it is best to ask the operator of the pitch.
Respect for others
The quiet time is from 22:00 to 07:00. On special occasions, which are announced in advance by the Area Camper La Ermita, the quiet time can be postponed until around 02:30.
Users must keep the volume of radios, televisions and/or other devices at a moderate level so as not to disturb the neighbours.
Dogs and other pets must be kept on a lead within the perimeter fencing of the site. They must not soil the grounds. If they do make a mess, you must clean it up. They are not allowed in the pool area, bathrooms and toilets.
As electricity is available on all pitches, it is forbidden to use your own electricity generators.
Hygiene and environmental protection
Bathrooms: Please remember that you are in an ecological area and that we mainly use solar power. Please use bathrooms preferably in the sunny hours until 5.00 pm. Thank you for your co-operation.
Please use the washing machines when needed from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm due to the main use of solar energy.
Please separate your waste and dispose of it in the appropriate containers.
Please respect trees, vegetation, animals and the entire site.
Site rules and formalities
When you arrive, please inform reception of the number of people, pets and their vehicles.
Visitors must register by stating their pitch number.
Reservations do not imply the allocation of a specific pitch, but merely the provision of a space for your vehicle.
Vehicles and accessories must be parked within the respective pitch, access roads and unoccupied pitches may not be used.
The dividing fences of the pitches may not be used for hanging up clothing or other items. You may only use the space within your pitch. The pitches must be left clean and tidy on departure so that they can be re-occupied by the next user, otherwise a cleaning fee of €20 will be charged.
The pitch operators must be informed of any infectious diseases of which they are aware.
The site must be vacated at the end of the agreed time, unless this is extended by mutual agreement between the operators and the customer.
Please hand in all lost property at reception.
